Sam's Wireless Repair can attempt to fix minor water damaged phones, lcd screen, microphones, speaker and lense replacements, including ones from the hottest names from Palm, HTC, Samsung, Nokia, and Motorola! Our Repair Center has been recognized as one of best repair center's around the state of Oklahoma.

1. Sam's Wireless Repair can't replace the housing on the I phone, and we should specify that the buttons(power and mute) are only if the button is broken off the chances go down if the button doesn't function properly.

2.Sam's Wireless Repair now have the ability to unlock most Blackberries in our repair shop. We have taken a few parts phones that were wet and it even worked on those(9530,9000,8320,8310,8100).

3. Sam's Wireless Repair can unlock 3G iphone that has been updated to 4.0 ,3GS up to 3.1.3 (when 4.0 unlock is available we will update) 2G unlocks available also.

4. Sam's Wireless Repair have numerous customers who have gotten their 3GS wet and after cleaning 9out of 10 come back to life. We have only gotten 1 to light up correctly light the LCD. The main back light display is different than the 3G. If at all possible avoid water with that phone for sure.

5.Sam's Wireless Repair are also now working on opticon courier scanners (mainly H19) but always trying to make 2 into 1. Parts need to be brought because opticon won't sell parts.

6. Sam's Wireless Repair is now offering appointments on Saturday within front store hours, for iphone repairs (digitizer,LCD ,charging ports and water damage). We are prompt.

Troubleshooting

Try These Tips Before You Drive In

1. If you are coming from a long distance to see us it may be a good idea to call ahead and help us get and familiar with your problem. It may save you gas.
2. If you have an old phone that takes a sim card, it may be unlocked to use as a back up phone.
3. If you carry a PDA and can’t get insurance through AT&T. You can ask your (auto/home) insurance agent about a personal articles policy.
4. We have noticed that a lot of contacts are being lost, due to not saving them to the SIM card. (Get to know your phone).
5. If your phone has a memory card slot, it will help your phone function better if you take a lot of pictures or load a lot of music & ring tones.
6. Most people don’t know that Motorola phone tools will help do more than make ring tones. (Transfer pictures, back up contacts…).
7. Power cycle your phone (on/off) if you travel long distance it may help achieve a better signal.
8. If your phone gets wet, get the battery out and don’t put it back in.
9. If your phone won’t power up, take out and replace the battery & try again. (Power up).
10. Look at the battery, if it is really swollen or even slightly the cells have been compromised.
11. There are a lot of phones out there. If you are hard on things ask about repair ability, parts for a lot of phones are in our inventory and all special order w / deposit.
12. When phones get wet, the amount of power triples as the water magnifies the current. Some phones do come back, some don’t. (If carry one that has been up for 10 months now) (Z3).
13. Motorola V3 chargers are different than PDA ports. They look alike but one is different amperage (8125, 8525 and 8925) (8100, 8300, 8800).
14. If you are considering purchasing a PDA, make sure your service is unlimited to avoid any complication or extra expenses.
15. We try not to keep any sim cards / memory cards when we take in your phone. (We don’t want to lose your info.)
